1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Trade apply to every order placed with TitanCore Flooring (ABN 20 733 176 124), across all three purchasing tiers: Sale (no account, no minimum), Trade Account (from 100m², supplied as one full pallet), and Wholesale (from 500m²). By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Pricing and GST
Sale pricing is displayed inclusive of GST. Trade Account and Wholesale pricing is displayed exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, consistent with standard trade practice. All prices are in Australian dollars. TitanCore Flooring is registered for GST. Prices for orders not yet confirmed are subject to change; confirmed orders are held at the quoted price for the validity period stated on the quote.
3. Orders and minimum quantities
Trade Account orders are supplied in full pallets (116.75m² per pallet). Wholesale orders apply from 500m². Part-pallet orders are not available at Trade or Wholesale pricing. Colour and quantity are confirmed at the time of order; once an order is placed into production or dispatch, changes may not be possible.
4. Payment terms
Payment terms are [TBC] and will be confirmed at the time an account is approved. Sale orders are paid in full at checkout. Trade and Wholesale accounts may be offered payment terms at TitanCore's discretion, subject to a credit check where applicable.
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page and are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery to the nominated address or carrier. Site access, unloading equipment, and a suitable receiving area are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Title
Title in the goods does not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full, including any other amounts owing to TitanCore Flooring by the customer on any account.
7. Cancellations, returns and defects
Because flooring is supplied to order and by the pallet, cancellations or returns of correctly supplied product may attract a restocking fee or may not be accepted once dispatched — [TBC]. Product that is defective or not as described is covered under our Returns Policy and under the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Samples and cut lengths are not returnable.
8. Warranty
Warranty terms are set out on our Warranty page. Nothing in these Terms of Trade limits any right or remedy a customer has under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TitanCore Flooring's liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods is limited, at TitanCore's option, to replacement of the goods, supply of equivalent goods, or the cost of replacing the goods. Nothing in this clause excludes any guarantee, warranty, term or condition which cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Force majeure
TitanCore Flooring is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including shipping delays, natural disaster, or supplier failure.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Governing state/territory for dispute resolution: [TBC].
12. Privacy
Information collected through this site and through account applications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
