TitanCore Hybrid SPC is backed by a written warranty. Residential and commercial warranty periods are [TBC] and will be published here once confirmed — they are not yet finalised and should not be relied on until they appear without a TBC marker.
What's covered
Once confirmed, our warranty will set out cover for delamination, wear-through of the wear layer, and structural failure of the core, subject to correct installation and normal residential or commercial use. Colour variation within normal manufacturing tolerance between batches is not a defect.
What can void it
Installation outside our published guidelines, incorrect subfloor preparation or moisture barrier, and use outside the product's rated environment (see our specification) can affect warranty cover. Full conditions will be published alongside the confirmed warranty period.
Making a claim
