TitanCore delivers to every state and territory in Australia through a national palletised freight network.

How it ships

All flooring ships in sealed cartons of 6 planks — 2.0848 m² per carton, approximately 21 kg. Each carton carries the colourway, surface finish and batch number.

Cartons are stacked 56 to a pallet — 116.75 m², approximately 1,180 kg — shrink-wrapped and strapped for transit with a branded pallet placard on two faces.

Every consignment ships with a packing list, batch record and consignment note. Tracking is issued on despatch.

Freight

Every order is freight-quoted before you commit. Delivery windows vary by destination, consignment size and carrier schedule, and are confirmed in writing at the time of order.

Freight is passed through at genuine carrier cost — we do not load it or use it as a margin line.

Site requirements

Pallets weigh in excess of one tonne. Please ensure:

  • Forklift access, or a loading dock capable of receiving a one-tonne pallet
  • A nominated person on site during the agreed delivery window
  • Clear, sealed hardstand access for a semi-trailer or rigid truck
  • Undercover storage — SPC must not be left exposed to weather
  • Advance notice if the site has height, width or access restrictions

Additional charges may apply

  • Tail-lift or hand-unload where no forklift is available
  • Failed delivery where no one is present to receive the consignment
  • Redirection after despatch
  • Residential or restricted-access delivery
  • Storage or re-delivery following a refused consignment

Inspect on arrival

Damage must be noted on the consignment note at the point of delivery and reported to us within 48 hours with photographs. Consignments signed as clean cannot be claimed for transit damage afterwards — this is a carrier condition, not a TitanCore policy.

Storage before installation

Store cartons flat and stack no more than twelve high. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from external walls where condensation can form. Product must acclimatise a minimum of 48 hours at normal room temperature before installation.

Always install from a single batch where possible. Batch numbers appear on every carton — record them, because mixed batches are the most common cause of visible colour variation.
