What is SPC flooring?
SPC stands for Stone Plastic Composite. The core is limestone powder blended with PVC and stabilisers, compressed under heat into a dense, rigid plank. Because the core is mineral rather than wood, it does not absorb water, swell, warp or cup, and it stays dimensionally stable through temperature change.
What does "Hybrid" mean?
Hybrid refers to a floating click-lock system with the acoustic underlay bonded to the board at manufacture. No adhesive, no separate underlay, no wet trades — it clicks together over a prepared subfloor and can be walked on the same day.
What is the full specification?
1524 × 228 × 5.0 mm planks with a 0.5 mm wear layer and 1.5 mm IXPE acoustic underlay — 6.5 mm total system. Unilin click with micro bevel, UV gloss 5–8, 100% waterproof, SGS tested.
How much does a carton cover?
2.0848 m² — six planks per carton, approximately 21 kg. A full pallet is 56 cartons, or 116.75 m².
What is the minimum order?
Sale pricing has no minimum. Trade Accounts start at one full pallet — 116.75 m². Wholesale pricing applies from 500 m² per order.
Why is a pallet 116.75 m² and not 100?
A 100 m² floor needs roughly 8–10% extra for waste, offcuts and mitres. A full pallet is close to what the job actually takes, and freight costs the same whether the pallet is full or not.
What is Scotia and do I need it?
Scotia is the concave quarter-round moulding that covers the expansion gap around the perimeter of a floating floor. Because SPC moves with temperature, a gap is left at every wall — Scotia hides it. It pins to the skirting board, never to the floor.
TitanCore Scotia is colour-matched to every colourway and ships on the same pallet. 2400 × 28 × 15 mm, 30 lengths per carton, 72 linear metres.
How much Scotia do I need?
Scotia is measured on room perimeter, not floor area. Measure around the walls, deduct door openings, add roughly 10% for mitre cuts. Most 100 m² residential jobs take around two cartons. Always round up — colour-matched trim cannot be reliably topped up from a later production run.
Can it be used in wet areas?
The rigid core is non-absorbent and 100% waterproof, which makes it suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and laundries.
Does it need acclimatising?
Yes. A minimum of 48 hours at normal room temperature before installation. This is a condition of warranty.
How do I get samples?
Request a sample pack. It contains genuine plank samples in all four colourways, each with a colour-matched Scotia offcut and a printed specification sheet. Charged at cost and credited in full against your first order, so it costs you nothing once you buy. No account required.
Do you offer trade accounts?

Every state and territory in Australia, metro and regional. Freight is quoted at genuine carrier cost before you commit.
Why do batch numbers matter?
Colour can vary slightly between production runs. Every carton carries a batch number — install from a single batch where possible, and record the number. Mixed batches are the most common cause of visible colour variation in a finished floor.
